Open Show Results and Critiques

8th April 2012

Held at Haddenham Village Hall

Whilst I was delighted to have this opportunity to judge our breed, I was very concerned to hear of Ann Lucas' illness and to be taking over her entry under these circumstances. Ann, we all wish you well and look forward to seeing you out and about again soon. By way of a general preamble I was very pleased with the depth of quality in bitches. This is where I found the best examples of the breed in respect of eye colour, strength of jaw, rising top lines and strength of hocks. Mouths in both sexes and head proportions were generally good as were coats for colour and texture.

So well deserving of her Championship status and so sound for her age.
